These terms cover your use of the PhotoSendr app. By downloading or using PhotoSendr, you agree to them.
The app
PhotoSendr is a photo-sharing utility that lets you collect photos into sets, make quick edits, and send them by email or the iOS share sheet — as photo attachments or a single PDF. It's provided for your personal, lawful use.
The free tier includes one set of up to 6 photos with full editing and sending. PhotoSendr Pro adds multiple sets, sets of up to 100 items, videos, and expiring iCloud share links.
Subscriptions & purchases
- Pro is available as a monthly subscription ($1.99/month), a yearly subscription ($14.99/year, with a 7-day free trial), or a one-time lifetime purchase ($34.99). Prices may vary by country and are shown in the app before you buy.
- Subscriptions are billed to your App Store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. An unused free-trial period is forfeited when you start a paid subscription.
- Payment is processed entirely by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple under its App Store terms.
- If you purchased PhotoSendr before version 5, Pro is included at no charge for as long as you use the app.
License
Your use of the app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
Your content
You keep all rights to the photos you add, edit, and send. You are responsible for having the right to use and share any photos you send with PhotoSendr, and for what you send and to whom. Don't use PhotoSendr to create or share content that is unlawful or that infringes anyone's rights.
Sending is up to you — and out of our hands
PhotoSendr prepares emails and shares, but the sending happens through your own email account or Apple's system share features. Once you send something, it's in your recipients' hands — PhotoSendr can't recall it. Double-check the recipient list before you tap send, especially when using saved default recipients.
iCloud share links
Pro's share links upload the media you choose to the app's iCloud database and give you a private, unguessable web address. Anyone who has that address can view the shared media until the link expires (7 days) or you stop sharing it — so treat the link itself as carefully as the photos. While recipients can't re-share from the app, anything viewable can be saved or screenshotted; share only what you're comfortable sharing. Creating links requires an iCloud-signed-in device, and availability depends on Apple's iCloud service.
Acceptable use
Don't use PhotoSendr to send spam or bulk unsolicited email, to harass anyone, or to distribute content you don't have the right to share. Your email provider's own terms also apply to what you send.
Every shared page carries a "Report this share" link. If a share is reported to us or appears to be unlawful or to violate these terms, we may delete the shared copies from iCloud — which ends the link for everyone — with or without notice to the person who created it.
No warranty
PhotoSendr is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or that every send will meet your needs. Keep your own copies of important photos — the app's storage is not a backup service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app. Total liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of residence of Francesco Bertocci LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
